Data Collected

In connection with an ETA application, we collect the following data: first name, last name, date of birth, nationality, passport number and expiry date, email address, travel dates, accommodation address in Seychelles, and supporting documents (passport scan, passport photo, flight ticket, accommodation booking).

Purpose of Processing

This data is used exclusively to: (1) compile and submit your ETA application to the Seychelles authorities; (2) contact you in the event of a request for additional documents or missing information; (3) send you your approved ETA by email.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for 12 months from the date your application is processed, then securely deleted. It is never sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

Your Rights

Under applicable data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@seychelleseta.com. We respond within a maximum of 30 days.
